Lindsey first came to yoga through meditation in 2007 as a way to manage debilitating daily anxiety. She practiced both meditation and asana on and off for the next 5 years in yoga studios, wellness centers, and gyms. Lindsey also uses yoga to manage chronic headaches and migraines. In 2012, she began a devoted daily practice under the loving guidance of Peach Friedman, owner of Yogafly Studio in Auburn, AL. Lindsey completed her 200 hour Yoga Alliance approved teacher training with Peach Friedman in 2014. Lindsey teaches vinyasa, yin, and yin/yang styles of yoga in the Auburn, AL area and is passionate about helping her students turn on their inner peace through their practice. She believes fiercely in the transformative potentials of yoga. Lindsey also leads workshops, yoga + hiking trips, and retreats.
