Jennifer is a dance artist, yoga therapist, and a 500 hour Registered
Yoga Teacher based out of Oakland, CA. She teaches people how to tap
into their innate potential for health and happiness by teaching
private lessons and personalized classes for all bodies. She received
a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training from the Temple of Kriya Yoga in
Chicago, IL and a 300 hour Yoga Therapy Teacher Training from the
Niroga Institute in Berkeley, CA. She is currently working towards an
800 hour Yoga Therapy certification through the International
