Donna's daily intention is to cultivate physical, mental, and emotional balance. Yoga has been the tool by which she is able to attempt to achieve this goal. She is a former professional dancer, a 200 hour E-RYT since the year 2000, a mom of three amazing children, and a woman who LOVES to be physically active - whether it's her yoga practice, hiking, weight training, or SUP upon the ocean.
