Barb Nagaraj is currently certified through Yoga Alliance (200Hr RYT), having received her training from Laura Urgelles and Dhyana Delatour at the Yoga Fusion Studio in Chevy Chase, Maryland. She has been consistently practicing Hatha and Vinyasa style yoga for more than a decade. She works with students in both group and private settings to build and grow their yoga practice, and to find the joy in their practice! She is also certified through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) for group exercise.
Barb's personal experiences with yoga and dance drive her to support others to the amazing self-connection and sense of peace that can be found with a regular yoga practice. It is her belief that we can all benefit from having better awareness of our bodies, while building strength and balance to help us through our daily lives. Her group classes and workshops guide you towards developing a fun and inspiring yoga practice.
