Yoga for Chest Strength

Building strength in the chest comes with a nice balance of releasing the stress we tend to store in our bodies. We will practice down dog, forward fold, and plank in a gentle flow that builds strength. We start this practice in child's pose with our knees wide.

Chair Yoga for Complete Beginners

Do you think you're not flexible enough for yoga? This class is for you! It is intended for people who wish to start yoga but are afraid it would be too hard.

Intro Ashtanga Yoga

This is a short, vigorous class with sun salutations (A and B), planks, chaturanga, downdog and more. We hold some poses for five breaths to clear the mind and create focus. We're going to start standing at the front of our mats.

Slow Flow Deliciousness

We pause in the poses throughout this practice to add some intention to this slow flow. Plenty of guidance is provided as we move through this flowing practice that's designed to relax and release tension in your body. Sun salutation series with runners lunge, planks, chaturanga, etc. We end with a restorative savasanna and with gratitude we close with a short prayer song. We start in a comfortable seated position on our mats.

Short Refreshing Yoga Experience

Sometimes you just need a quick, refreshing yoga practice to shake off the stress, get grounded and breathe peacefully again. We will move through planks, downdogs (including 3-legged dog), and move through a energy-building sequence that will leave you refreshed. We'll begin in child's pose.
