Starting in passive mountain pose this class will help strengthen your hamstrings, quads and backbody. Have a chair nearby or something to lean on for balance. This class will promote confidence with balance poses, as it also strengthens the largest muscle groups that allow you to keep your balance. This class will integrate your entire being into the flow of your body, breath and BEing. Relaxation is fully guided for a deep connection.
