Use this versatile 20 minute yoga supplement to get stronger in your core! You will strengthen your shoulders, wrists, hips, legs and abs with this yoga quickie. Add this class to your existing yoga practice! You can do it before your yoga class, after your yoga class or instead of your yoga class on off days where you don't have much time to practice. We jump right in with Down Dog so you might want to do a couple of Sun Salutations to warm up before doing this practice as a warm up is not included. **One exercise will require a wood, tile, or linoleum floor and a blanket or old bath towel.**
