This 50-minute recording starts with an explanation of the yogic sleep (yoga nidra) practice, instructions on how to prepare, and the importance of a resolve (sankalpa). Besides a sankalpa, the practice itself includes visualization, rotation of consciousness, and awareness of sensation--all designed to bring you into a state of relaxed awareness. You can use this practice to prepare for sleep, or instead of a mid-day nap break. Grab a blanket (and a pillow, if you'd like), and get comfortable so we can begin.
