This yoga practice introduces some gentle postures and movements to help improve posture. It's perfect for a driving break or after long sessions of sitting. You will need some accessories: a strap (or dog leash, rope, bathrobe strap, etc); a sturdy chair; a door way, and an optional blanket and bolster or pillow.
