A balanced root chakra helps us feel safe, supported, grounded, and at home in the world. This is a very grounding and anxiety-reducing class aimed at activating the parasympathetic nervous system for deep relaxation. A strap and blocks are recommended for this practice (e.g., 2 books and a dog leash for the low maintenance yogi!)
