This simple 20 minute practice is an opportunity to let go of all the "leaves" we hold on to that need to be shed. "Life is a delicate balance of holding and letting go", however all too often we choose to hold on to everything, especially the experiences that no longer serve our higher good. This attachment creates imbalance within our kapha dosha and keeps us stuck and unable to move forward in a healthy way. Today, I encourage to find the blessing in your experiences, accept the growth they give and surrender to the sweetness of letting go. ~ Om Shanti.
