"Wristless" Sun Salutations

These gentle sun salutations are a great way to warm up without putting pressure on tender wrists. Try blocks (or books!) under your hands in lunges to lift you a little higher away from the floor so you can lengthen your spine. If you have tender knees, a folded blanket or an extra mat under your knees may be helpful during the puppy pose variation, as well.
