This class was taught live in studio on the Winter Solstice, and it is a great class for any cold winter night. This class features long holds and a focus on going inward, into the dark, the quiet, the internal unknown. You are encouraged to find ways to rest within the posture, stay with your internal experience, and seek the wisdom within. You can use a block as an optional prop, and you will need a nearby wall to do downward facing dog on the wall.
