Join me in a 10 minute journey to reflect over the past year and gain clarity in our intentions for the upcoming year. Below are some journal questions for after the meditation. JOURNAL QUESTIONS: These journal questions are a great way to solidify what came up for you during your meditation and to clarify your intention for the upcoming new year. 1. What emotions or feelings were present when looking back over the last year? 2. Did you notice any judgments of these emotions arise? 3. What was the number one lesson you took away from the past year? 4. When looking toward the upcoming year, what emotion or feeling are you committed to manifesting in the upcoming year? 5. What does it mean to be committed to manifesting what you truly desire? 6. What will this look like? What ACTION(s) needs to be taken to insure this happens? 7. Do you need support to make this happen? 8. If so, are you willing to ask for support? 9. How will you need to ‘show up’ or BE in order to achieve this? 10. What is your intention for 2019? Use simple, clear language, in present tense. Example: I feel ……. or I am…….
