What makes you Happy?

This class was designed to open the body physically and ask "what makes you happy?" You'll have the freedom to choose which arm variations make you happy and also practice a peaceful savasana. There is not a lot of detailed instruction as this class is more about you and your happiness and feeling what you're feeling. If you aren't familiar with any of the poses, no worries--just keep breathing! 37 minutes.
