Each session contains a full half hour of warm-ups, breathing exercises and yoga postures. The first class ends with a deep relaxation. The second experience ends with a guided visualization. Part I creates the foundation for the second class. Both are designed for beginners seeking slow and detailed instructions on how to open the body safely, how to stand in proper standing alignment to develop good posture, and helpful techniques to revitalize the body, bring alertness to the mind, and enjoy inner peace.
