We prepare and visit Parsvottanasana (pyramid pose), straight-up and with a rotation (Parivrtta Trikokonasana, revolved triangle), during this class. We get ready for our repeat trips with lots of mindful folding movement, as well as twists explored in a variety of orientations. If you'd feel more comfortable using a chair during practice, follow the instructions I give to Paula, who begins class seated.
