A powerful vinyasa flow with a focus on creating foundation, presence, and release. Begin in child's pose to connect to your breath and body. Flow through sun salutations, awaken the energy of vitality through warrior series and crescent lunge. Find lightness, laughter, and play in stability. Release and rejuvenate with pigeon, seated forward fold, waterfall, and shoulder stand. Put your attention on what you want to have happen and on what's working. Give yourself permission to be where you are. Finish with savasana and a single om. This class was recorded live!
