This class offers a slower approach to vinyasa yoga with plenty alignment awareness and long holds. Marty begins with a standing awareness and intention exercise and moves students through a moderate but energizing flow with focus on the side bends, twists, and bird of paradise. Intermediate level, requires prior yoga experience. This audio was recorded in a LIVE yoga classroom.
