This class is a very easy and accessible beginner friendly class. You begin seated and move through poses to build awareness of your pelvis and flexibility in your shoulder girdle. You'll move into three standing poses after a nice, long warm-up on the floor. Class ends with a reclining twist variation and a gentle relaxation.
