This class promotes openness, healthy breathing, and immune-boosting qualities of the heart. We start this wonderful class in a resting pose on the floor, where we'll begin to move lymph and blood. We'll practice lion's breath for cleansing. Blocks will help supportive poses to let your body fully relax into the shape. We end with a heart healing guided relaxation. OM
