This class gently encourages an opening across the front of the body, moving you mindfully through prone, tabletop, standing and supine postures. While I usually prefer cork blocks (those from www.YoholohaYoga.com are my favorite--you can use the code jobregnard to get a 10% discount and see for yourself ;) -- foam blocks might be more comfortable in these postures.
