Wind down your evening with this sweet, simple, and nourishing restorative yoga class. Each pose is held for 5-7 minutes. Begin on your back with a block supporting your head and another block supporting your upper shoulder blades. Move into a seated wide-legged forward fold with legs either extended out wide or cross your legs in front of you and roll forward. Next is a lateral stretch on the bolster then a supported twist. Next is supported head to knee pose with a bolster on your extended leg. Finish with legs up the wall in an extra special supported way with two bolsters (substitute extra pillows if you don't have access to two!). Final guided systematic relaxation, as always :)
