This super gentle practice starting by stretching the neck and spine, moves through little backbends and a back-to-basics standing series. Perfect for a beginner or a yogi who is looking to slow down their practice and deeply feel each pose. This practice ends with a long and relaxing savasana focusing on gratefulness and joy. Please note, this is a live class, there are two poses near the beginning where one side seems to be repeated to assist the students who may have started on the opposite side of the instructor. Thank you for your grace in this, please take care to work both sides of your body instead of repeating a side :)
