Sun Salutations for Spring!

Welcome spring with a full class of sun salutations! Sun Salutations offer a wonderful opportunity to practice pairing the breath with your movement as you flow from pose to familiar pose. Enjoy the focus, strength, and energy created in this moving meditation! We'll begin with a brief centering - work through some Sun A's as we warm-up, progress to knee down sun salutations, get into some vigorous Sun B's, and finish with a cool down and savasana accompanied by Tibetan Singing Bowls. This class is perfect to do outside on a beautiful spring day!
