This is a great class for anyone working toward strengthening and opening the shoulders. We put a lot of tension in our shoulders and it's really important to help them release. We'll build some strength in the shoulders and then open and release the tension built up in them. Try this class when you've experienced a stressful day and you'll be surprised at how much better you feel. We start in child's pose.
