In this practice beginning in simple cross legged pose, you will practice warm ups, sun salutations, balancing, standing postures held for several breaths and work your way down for back bending and deep stretches. You will end in savasana (final relaxation). Rest when you need to and warm up the room or wear layers until you heat up. Enjoy your practice.
