This gentle restorative class is my Valentine's Day gift to you. During this class I guide you to create a safe and relaxing space for yourself with a focus on self love and self care. This practice stays on the ground. It is a perfect treat for yourself to rest, relax, and connect with your inner sense of peace and love. And not just on Valentine's Day. Any day and any time is a great time to experience the love and light within you. During the practice I play my Tibetan Singing Bowls to deepen your meditation and relaxation.
