Whether we are caring for children, elderly parents or someone else, in order to take care of others we must take good care of ourselves. This low-key class provides a few different practices to explore that will help relieve fatigue, release tension and provide extra support to the body. This isn't a prenatal class but it is suitable if you are pregnant. And don't be shy with the props. We use two blocks and a strap, plus eye pillows. What else would feel good to you? Expecting?
