This restorative class is a 60-minute version of my 90-minute "Spring Renewal" class, so it's a great option if you are a bit short on time. It's suitable for all levels of students--listen to the variety of tips for prop setup to get ideas for what might work best for you in each posture.If your mobility is limited, listen to the cues I give Judy, as we make good use of a chair for many postures. Note: Many of us have been dealing with overwhelming seasonal allergies this year, so you may notice some extra sniffling during this class ;)
