This is a 20 minute breath-connected-flow class designed to lighten and energize our kapha (earth & water) dosha. It is the perfect practice for mornings to get us up and moving, to generate some heat and burn up any excess fluid that has accumulated over night. It's also a great practice to do anytime we are feeling stuck and need a boost of energy, creativity or inspiration.
