Restorative Yoga-Inner and Outer Hips

In this class we'll hold fewer poses for longer, with little to no muscular engagement so we can gently release tension, focusing on the inner and outer hips. With shoulders and hamstrings thrown in, by savasana you'll be free from tension and totally relaxed. This is a great class to do before bed-or in bed-and you'll want to set up against a wall for the juicy legs up the wall sequence. Any prop suggestions can be easily replaced by blankets or pillows you have around your home. Ready to be stress free?
