This class is a deep dive journeying through the cellular makeup of your body. The intention is to release deep-seeded tension as a result of getting stuck in a challenging situation or obstacle. Set all that aside, dust off your imagination and enjoy the ride. We'll ease into the practice, build some heat and action and then ease into a couple of yin postures for a rounded wholistic practice.
