In this short audio practice recorded along the banks of the Ganges River, you’re led slowly through three dynamic postures, each relating to self-inquiry, discovery, and relationship. Emphasis is on observing the body, mind, emotions, breath, and heart. The practice ends with an extended guided relaxation with an optional longer meditation. Props are optional.
