For those times when you want a full and complete [purna] practice. Warm up with a full compliment of sun salutations A and B followed by a potpourri of poses from every pose category and topped off with an Ujjai Pranayama at the end. While this class touches every type of pose in the syllabus, it is focused on approachable beginners poses. If you can do a sun salutation, you can do this class. We start with a chat about the yamas and one in particular.
