This sequence is designed to alleviate common tension, aches, and pains that arise with pregnancy specifically in the muscles around the spine. It also gives you the opportunity to slow down, move with ease, and connect to your breath and baby. We will use two blocks and a pillow, and we'll start in child's pose. Enjoy!
