This Christ-centered, Tone and Flow yoga practice begins with a meditation on prayer. We will get the heart rate up with upper body and core strengthening, working our way to eight-angle pose or other arm balance of your choice. We'll wind down to an unhurried savasana as our final meditation. Begin seated on your mat. If you like props, have a block or strap handy.
