Power Yoga for a Wednesday Night
Power yoga is an intense workout that follows a series of poses. Poses are held for a longer duration. This is not a class for beginners, but if you know the poses - chaturanga, downward dog, utkatasana warrior - you can do this power practice as a beginner to power yoga. Start in child's pose with your knees wide on your mat to release the tension of the day. We'll wrap up the class with some spinal twists and a rejuvenating shavasana.
