This is an all levels class - from novice to experienced. As we move from pose to pose, basic to advanced pose options are offered. This is a power vinyasa flow, which means it focuses on strength and flexibility, links the breath with the movement, and once we start we don't stop. We'll do an integrated flow with sun salutations, warrior poses and back bends to balance, ground and then cool down. This class is based on Baron Baptiste's Journey Into Power Sequence. All levels of yoga practitioners are welcome. We start lying on our backs.
