This is an all-levels power (strength and flexibility) vinyasa (breath linked to movement) flow (once the class starts, it does not stop!) that integrates sun salutations, warrior poses, inversions, back bends and more. Moving from pose to pose, this class offers basic to advanced pose options so the class is accessible to all levels. This class is based on Baron Baptiste's Journey Into Power Sequence. We start in child's pose or on our backs, depending on your needs today.
