Opening the third eye and the back
hip strengthener, back opener, mid day reviver
We start seated on a stack of two blocks. This class is dynamic and opens the back with breath and asana as well as many strengthening poses. About half way through, we stand on a block for a psoas stretch and hip leveling strengthener, I forget to do the left side, so please add that in during class. Hips are strengthened in this class with many poses. Guided relaxation with the third eye awareness.
