This class is wonderful for a beginner. Basic breath work, starting seated finding a sense of ground and connection to breath. This class is great for anyone wanting to just let go and be guided through yoga that offers a balance of strength and flexibility. Perfect jaw exercises, hip flexor and hip opening poses. Teach the dirgha 3 part breath and offer up some words from Sarah Powers about the breath. If your NEW to yoga, this is a great choice for you. The relaxation has a reading from Panache Desai, you'll feel serene.
