This 55-minute accessible class offers students a chance to explore twists in a safe way that won't strain the low back/lumbar spine. Enjoy an intelligent sequence of twists as you're led through a gentle morning workout that will leave you feeling both energized and aware while also feeling calm and grounded. You'll end with a guided systematic relaxation in shavasana. You'll need a strap to assist in twists and perhaps a blanket to sit on for seated poses (at the end). Begin seated.
