The focus of this moderate class is on twisting and core stabilization. Twists are great for your digestion, great for detoxing, great for opening up your breathing, and great for your spine. There are so many great benefits to adding twists to your practice, and this class is full of them! The class begins with some light core work to make sure your twists are healthy and supported, and the peak pose is Eagle Pose. You will need a bolster or pillow for this class. You don't need a blanket or a block, but if you have one grab it - there are some options and variations that use them.
