Beginning class in a seated pose, using Nadi Shodana breathing to connect to your inner being, slow the nervous system and prepare for the physical/mental/emotional connection of yoga uniting. The throat chakra is opened for speaking your truth, feel the blue whirl of light opening your truth. Shoulder strength is enhanced, balance of poses to enliven, considering you are ENOUGH. A guided relaxation ends the uniting glow.
