Do you carry a load on your shoulders? Do you feel burdened by life? This is the class to help you release and let go. Starting in tadasana and finding a sense of breath and self. Using the asana as a tool for letting go. A full compliment of asana for balance, both internally and externally. Let's find alignment that is just right for you. I use somatic guidance to find where you are hiding your tension. We do pelvic floor and kegel work too. Ending with a guided, resourceful relaxation.
