Working with the breath and warming the body, this class focuses on a Kriya for the first chakra, with a few traditional hatha postures intertwined. The base chakra is connected to your home and your financial status. Doing a Kriya for 40 days can considerably improve your life and your bank balance! Focus on a positive outcome. Something you want to manifest before you start this practice and keep it in your mind as you practice. This class is designed to be a moving meditation.
