This class brings awareness to your hands, fingers and wrists. From a simple moving mudra (hand position), to common yoga postures with focused attention to your hands, this class uses fluidity and interoception to reconnect to parts of your body that are often forgotten. We use our hands for communication, information gathering, to provide support, and more ... isn't it time to show them the attention they deserve? We enjoyed the scent of balsam fir oil during this practice--you might choose to join us by diffusing some--or another essential oil of your choice.
