This is our final class on the ethical precepts of yogi, the niyamas. This one is a chance to tap in not only to ourselves, but that which is even greater. We'll progress through a variety of postures that will lead us toward Parsvottanasana (pyramid) and Eka Pada Uttanasana (standing split). See if you can allow the softness in your heart to meet the strength in your legs. During this class I used my essential oil blend for generous compassion, maitri. You might choose to join us in the experience by diffusing any of the following oils: sandalwood, ylang-ylang, patchouli, frankincense, clary sage, coriander, and vetiver.
