Starting in a passive mountain pose finding center, balance and awareness into movement. Are you distracted? Disoriented, out of touch with yourself? This is the class for you. Come home into your body and self in this class. Moving with flow, feeling and the inner energy of the universal flow. Creating an intentional grounding for the movement of the fluid body. Finding center, rhythm, connection, breath, synergy ... all while moving into and out of asana. Moving from standing to kneeling and on the back to finish with a guided relaxation.
